Hosts with full conviction

Rubens was founded by Cornelia and Ruben Baumgart—two passionate restaurateurs with international experience and a genuine passion for moments of indulgence.

Conny, an Austrian with roots in southeastern Styria, has worked as a hotel manager around the world and was honored with the prestigious Rolling Pin award for “Maître of the Year.”

Ruben, half North German and half Austrian, is a passionate chef who brings his experience from Austrian haute cuisine to the table. As a member of the JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs, he embodies the highest culinary quality and craftsmanship.
